Mentoring for Members

The Mentoring Program

Goal is to “Build the kingdom of Christ by enabling protégés to utilize the deep experience and wisdom of CEO mentors.” Mentors will come along side Proteges to pray, listen, give advice, encourage, direct to resources and readings, and provide and discuss biblical truths in relation to business principles.

The Mentoring focus is:

1. How to apply God’s principles to balance family and work.
2. How to apply God’s principles in business – faith in the workplace.
3. Practical mechanisms of business – some examples include:
   • Leadership
   • Marketing / Branding
   • Entrepreneurship
   • Speaking
   • Legal issues
   • Risk management
   • Team building
   • Processes / Operations

Mentoring is FREE to CEO members. Mentors and Proteges must be CEO members in good standing. Proteges must be over 21 years of age and attend at least 50% of monthly CEO meetings throughout the year.
